  •  Function Verb Agreement and example sentence containing Either, Neither and Gerund

Function Verb Agreement is verb agreement subject refers to the fact that the subject and verb in a sentence must agree in number. In other words, they both must be singular or they both must be plural. you can’t have a singular subject with a plural verb or vice versa. The tricky part is in knowning the singular and plural forms of subjects and verbs. Singular and plural subjects, or nouns, are usually pretty easy. In most cases the plural form of a noun ha an “s” at the end.

Either :

Either Rony or Tonny comes late
Either Rafly or Reni is not a teacher
Either my brother or I will visit my grandmother  next month
Neither :

Neither Almi nor Tini  will not make a bhirthday party this year
Neither you nor I have washed the dishes today
Neither you nor  your brother made my coffe this night
Gerund :

I look forward to hearing from you soon
I think that mastering english is a plus point  for my career
